A language school offering courses in several languages noticed that most participants completed one course and did not return for further training, despite the wide range of courses on offer. There was a lack of incentive to continue learning and build long-term relationships with the academy.
The language school decided to introduce a loyalty program that would motivate participants to continue their development and increase their commitment to long-term cooperation, which is why it chose iPresso.

The system analyzed completed courses and automatically suggested further training courses that formed a coherent development path. After a basic level course, it suggested further courses developing more advanced skills in a given field. - Monthly challenges
Every month, participants received special challenges tailored to their preferences and language courses (for example: “take part in two advanced English webinars and receive an extra 50 points”). - Automatic reminders about expiring points
The iPresso system informed participants about points that would expire within 30 days, motivating them to use their benefits and sign up for another course before losing their membership level.
Results
- Participant satisfaction increased by 19%, as expressed in NPS surveys, where they praised the loyalty program and the rewards they received.
